What is an ESOP?
An ESOP is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and it provides employees with an ownership stake in the company. It’s an additional form of compensation directly tied to PBI-Gordon’s financial success. All regular employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP and will be partially vested after two years with the company. All employees are 100% vested after six years of service. Our ESOP is more than a benefit, it’s a key part of a culture. And it can provide significant rewards in retirement.
