Broadleaf Herbicide

Recommendations
Broadleaf weed control in corn, pasture, wheat and other small grains, stubble, fallow, grain sorghum, other crops and non-crop areas.

Provides outstanding post-emergent control of weeds such as Canada thistle, field bindweed, and hemp dogbane. Hi-Dep is more effective because more of the active ingredients are delivered to the weed’s roots.

Hi-Dep is a precise combination of the dimethylamine and diethanolamine salts of 2,4-D formulated to hold droplet size after leaving the nozzle. This assures you of higher deposition on the weed leaf. Also,Hi-Dep will not burn the weed leaf and will not crystallize. This allows more active ingredients to enter the weed. This is why you see more dead weeds.

Hi-Dep doesn’t just burn back weeds, allowing the plant’s root system to recover and send up new sprouts. With higher deposition, greater penetration, and translocation, Hi-Dep provides more effective weed and brush control and better regrowth inhibition.

Read the entire label for the recommendation you need to solve your weed control problem. Hi-Dep may be tank mixed with the products listed in individual crop sections of the label, and may be mixed with any herbicide calling for the addition of 2,4-D amine.

  • Canada thistle, field bindweed and other tough broadleaf perennials controlled at last — including multiflora rose, buckbrush, and other woody species.
  • Also very effective on annual broadleaf weeds, including velvetleaf, cocklebur, morningglory, mustards, and ragweed. Over 120 species listed!
  • Apply as a low-volume spray, preferably 5 to 10 gals. total solution per acre for most ground applications. Aerially applied, HI-Dep needs only enough water for a total spray volume of 2 quarts per acre. Check State spray regulations for exact volumes and boundaries.
