Mecomec® Turf Herbicide is
offered in two formulations — 2.5
pounds and 4 pounds — for those
who prefer MCPP as a bentgrass
herbicide. Mecomec provides an
effective control for weeds such
as clover and chickweed that
develop in closely mowed turf
such as golf greens and fairways.
Mecomec can be added to other
broadleaf her bicides to enhance
clover control.
Mecomec is a cost-effective
means of enhancing or “spiking”
other herbicides.
- Excellent control of clover and other weeds that are not controlled by 2,4-D or MCPA alone
- Can be added to other broadleaf control herbicides to inexpensively enhance control of clover
- High degree of turfgrass tolerance
- Also controls mouse-eared chickweed, ragweed, lambsquarters, pigweed, plantain and ground ivy
